Biography
Shelby Neikirk, a resident of Rural Retreat, Virginia, originally hails from Louisiana. Shelby initially earned a nursing certification before graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Informatics and Information Management. Shelby has experience in pediatric, geriatric, and family practice nursing, as well as in career technical education instruction. Shelby accepted the position as Clinical Placement Coordinator for the Emory and Henry University Healthcare Excellence Academy Lab School in August of 2024 and is primarily based on the Marion Health Sciences campus.
